RETURN POLICY

If you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items in your order, please use the Seel Return Portal to return your eligible items. You can learn more about the Seel Return Assurance policy here. If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order, the order is subject to the standard policy listed below.

All returns must be received within 10 days of your delivery date. We ask you to please contact us via private message on our contact us page to inform us of your return. We suggest contacting us as soon as possible in order to meet the deadline.

We will issue you a return authorization slip to print and include in your return with a return authorization number that you should write on the outside of your package. Returned items must remain un-washed & un-worn. We recommend you ship it back to us with tracking and insurance, we cannot be held responsible for items lost or not delivered.

Cash Refunds are not issued, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance

You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund for eligible items. If Seel Return Assurance is not purchased for eligible items in your order, then your order is subject to the merchant's standard return policy. You can learn more about Seel Return Assurance and the Seel Return Assurance policy and return process here. You must follow these instructions to qualify if you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items.

Once returned to us within the 10-day time-frame, we will issue store credit. Shipping is non-refundable, unless of course, we made a mistake.

Due to our limited quantities per style, we cannot guarantee an exchange in the exact same merchandise. Store credit may not be applied to shipping costs, nor will store credit be applied to an order before we have received the return back to the boutique. We process returns once per week, so while your item may be in the boutique, it may not be processed immediately. Credits expire 6 months from the date they are issued.

*We do not accept returns on any accessories including but not limited to purses, scarves, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, watches, hats, headbands, and/or undergarments as well as gift cards or items won in a giveaway. All sales are final on these items, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance.

Any items marked FINAL SALE  cannot be returned, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance.

Any item that is discounted cannot be returned, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance.
